The experts at the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk have extensive knowledge about Microsoft’s products and services and are trained in supporting customers with a disability.
Contacting the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk through Be My Eyes is easy! Just enter the Specialized Help menu from the app home screen and select Microsoft from the list. From the Microsoft company profile, you can make a video call directly to the Disability Answer Desk. You can contact the experts at the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk at any time of the day, they are open 24/7. Please note, that Microsoft customer support through Be My Eyes is only available in English.
